Variations from standard floor plans are easy to accomodate. Our engineered roof truss system transfers all loads to the exterior walls, leaving the interior walls free of load-bearing duties. As a result, you will have nearly unlimited choice for room placement. This freedom is not available with modular and many other building techniques.

The Maple / $152,000

The Maple Cape has a 1212 sq. ft. finished first floor with two bedrooms and two full baths. Upstairs is a 616 sq. ft. partially finished second floor (drywall only). Price includes all of our Standard Features.
